Technical Support

STS offers technical support to all STS' customer of KeyCreator, VISI Series, Machining STRATEGIST, Cimco Software and ZwCAD. Please refer to Contact_Us page for our contact detail.

Customer may use one of the following methods to send files to STS for Technical Support propose:

1. For file size smaller than 1MB, email directly to cadcam (a) sts.com.au;
2. For file size between 1MB and 10MB, email to file-support (a) office.sts.com.au;
3. For file size larger than 10MB, use Send File Option via Skype. STS skype ID is specialised.technical.services.
