CD or DVD
Customer will receive CDs or DVD from STS when they purchase a new seat or an upgrade.
In most case STS Labeled CD/DVD will contain the latest version of KeyCreator, STS customization files, Dongle Driver, and more important, you License file.
STS recommended customer to use the STS labeled CD where possible.

STS also provide Major Version Update (such as update from version 5 to version 6) on CD or DVD to customers with an Active Maintenance Contract (or Annual Upgrade Contract AUC) once every year.
STS' Customers can also purchase a Software Installation or Update on CD from STS for $55 including GST and Shipping.

Customer can download the latest version of KeyCreator from http://www.kubotekusa.com (Customer Login required)
Step 1: Login to Kubotekusa.com
- Open your Internet Browser and goto www.kubotekusa.com
- On Kubotek’s home page, follow the Login link on the top right
- a login screen will appear
- Enter your KEYCREATOR Customer Account Number and Password
- If you have never accessed your KEYCREATOR account before, leave the Password field BLACK. Once you log-on to your online licensing details, follow the My Account -> Change my Password link and set a password for your account.
- If you have accessed your KEYCREATOR account before, then a password would have been set. Enter this password. If you have forgotten your password then click “Email Password” and it will be sent to the email address on file.
- If you still have issue with your Login, Please Contact STS for help.
- You will now be accessing your Online KEYCREATOR Account. Here you will be able to generate Permanent licenses, change your password, View Maintenance, etc. for your KEYCREATOR product.
Step 2: Download KeyCreator Software
- Select Downloads on the left menu
- The download screen should appear
- STS recommend Customer to download from Australian STS Mirror for better speed.
- Select Preferences on the left menu
- The Preferences page should appear
- Select Mirror Site 2 then click Save
- You should returned to the Download Screen.
- Click on the Download on the KeyCreator Full Install Version 7.0.1 Column
STS Recommended Customer to use a Download Manager to accelerate your download process. Refer to Wikipedia for a list of available Download Manager.
Important! Do NOT plug-in the SIM at this time!
