Install from a STS CD / DVD
- Insert the STS Labeled CD / DVD into you CD / DVD Drive.
- go to KC6.5.2 RELEASE Directory, then select setup.exe to begin the installation.
- Press Next, and Accept the License Agreement. Choose the Destination Location for KEYCREATOR to install to (by default, it will install to C:\KEYCREATOR7.0). If you wish to change this destination, press Browse and select the drive and folder to install to. It is recommended that the installation be in a new directory.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and click Next to proceed through the installation. Ensure that your system is set to Windows interface & that the units are set to International.
After completion of KeyCreator installation, you may need to install the Dongle driver in addition to the software installation, go to Dongle Driver Installation Section for instruction.
Install from a KeyCreator CD
- Insert CD-ROM into CD Drive. If AutoRun enabled, the introducer window will appear. If not, select Start> Run> Browse and open the STARTHERE.hlp file on the CD-ROM.
- The introducer screen menu is displayed, and has the option to install KEYCREATOR. Click this option.
- Press Next, and Accept the License Agreement. Choose the Destination Location for KEYCREATOR to install to (by default, it will install to C:\KEYCREATOR7.0). If you wish to change this destination, press Browse and select the drive and folder to install to. It is recommended that the installation be in a new directory.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and click Next to proceed through the installation. Ensure that your system is set to Windows interface & that the units are set to International.
After completion of KeyCreator installation, you may need to install the Dongle driver in addition to the software installation. Sometimes the Dongle Dirver Installation begin automatically right after KeyCreator installation, otherwise go to Dongle Driver Installation Section for manual install instruction.
After Dongle Installation, you'll need to obtain and license the software, refer to KeyCreator Licensing for next step.
Install from downloaded Installation
- Go to the Directory where you saved the downloaded file, then select Release.7.0.1.xxxx.exe to begin the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and click Next to proceed through the installation. Ensure that your system is set to Windows interface & that the units are set to International.
After completion of KeyCreator installation, you may need to install the Dongle driver in addition to the software installation, go to Dongle Driver Installation Section for instruction.
